New and impactful programming launched for VSEDC’s Women’s Business Center for the women-led businesses in the South LA community
May 15th, the first cohort for VSEDC’s SBA South LA Women’s Business Center graduated summa cum amazing.
There are moments that completely shift the energy in a room, and the graduation of our latest In Her Power cohort was undeniably one of them. Seeing these phenomenal women celebrate their shared breakthroughs and hard-won victories was nothing short of electric. If you weren’t in the room, you missed a masterclass in collective empowerment.
We know that entrepreneur longevity requires more than revenue; it requires regulated leadership, financial confidence, and operational sustainability. This program equips women founders with the tools to strengthen CEO identity, align mindset with money, and build systems that support energy, focus, and high-performance execution. Participants developed practical burnout-prevention strategies, improved emotional regulation in leadership and sales, and implemented pricing frameworks that increase confidence and financial stewardship. Through structured peer mastermind engagement, they expanded their support network while building a personalized CEO action plan designed for long-term resilience and growth.
To the graduating class: You rewrote the rules for your businesses, and we cannot wait to watch you lead. VSEDC is here for you every step of the way.
