Creating a Business Plan Slide Deck

Entrepreneurship is a highly personal and competitive process that requires a commitment to your business idea to execute successfully. This six –week webinar focuses on the process of creating a Business Plan PowerPoint Slide Deck for your entrepreneurial venture. Participants will do research and create summary written versions of their plans in slide format. At the end of the series, participants will have their business plan slide decks to transfer to most business plan templates quickly.

Objectives of the six-week webinar:

  • Business plan terminology, classifications and research necessary for business planning and execution
  • Business principles and generalizations of starting a business using existing companies and sample business plans/decks
  • The importance of knowing the costs to create, sustain and project profitability for your business idea
  • Technical information for PowerPoint creation and business plan templates

Brigette Kidd is an experienced consultant, trainer, and project manager specializing in small business coaching, professional development, startups, business plans, and project management. She has lead over 250 employees and managed high-value assets in collaboration with private, nonprofit, and governmental partnerships. Her corporate background includes; entertainment, transportation, technology, and for-profit education.Brigette holds a Master’s of Communication from the USC Annenberg School of Communications & Journalism and a bachelor’s degree from the USC Marshall School of Business. Some past projects include; the California State University of San Bernandino, Girls in Tech, FAME, USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative, Central Avenue Historic District-BID, Smithsonian Folklife Festival Aids Quilt Mobile Application, and 2012 White House Data Palooza.
