Vermont Slauson Economic Development Center (VSEDC) and MKCircle Enterprises, Inc have joined forces to bring to the small business community and leaders, the Level-Up Series. When we think of business success, the first thing that may come to mind is profitability, future positioning, and sustainability. These factors are sure indicators of business stability and growth.
The factors that are missed or go unseen are the health of the business as it pertains to the CEOs/owner’s capacity, engagement, and motivation, especially when setbacks occur. Intentionally created for small business CEO/owners and the leadership community, the goal is to offer creative strategies to move your business forward, planning, assessing for risk, contingency, and growth strategies that will build a better future. You don’t want to miss this Level-Up series with Dr. Karen Semien-McBride, Renowned Small Business Strategies, & CEO.
This program focuses on the CEO/owner and the business from the perspective of profitability, future positioning, and sustainability. These factors are sure indicators of business stability and growth. We teach you how to read the Business Health barometer from the lenses of EOES. EOES is a Business Growth Method created by the MKCircle CEO Institute to support business leaders seeing how to grow their business through several successful strategies. EOES is an acronym for Emulate, Originate, Establish and Sustain. We initiate the start of the strategic plan process by using this method.
The core of the MKCircle CEO Institute programs is EQ: Emotional Intelligence training and Operational Style indicators that support higher performance and strategic focus of the Small Business CEOs/Owner. This program offers a Business Coaching component that is priceless. We offer coaching services to support small business CEOs/owners and entrepreneurs. We assign to each participant and Business Coach throughout the program. The 1:1 session offers dialog, suggested readings, and real-time problem-solving. The Business Coach becomes the CEO’s/owner’s resource for business inquiries, research, and a source for unfiltered confidential discussions about professional issues.
The program training focuses on the individual and the individual’s business. This program is a 4-part cohort series of 1-hour sessions for small business CEOs/owners. There is also an elevated component for a select group of small business CEOs/owners or entrepreneurs that will work directly with an MKCircle CEO Institute Business Coach.
