Kamie Taylor, a Business Consultant / HR Support / Marketing Support / Administrative Support / Project Management / Virtual Assistance / Data Entry / Business and Personal Development Trainer / Event Planner / Insurance Provider Public Speaker / Women Empowerment Mentor and more considers herself to be a “Business Connector”. She believes in a consultative partnership with current and prospective clients. This has allowed her to gain clients’ trust and business. She has partnered with 100s of businesses within the Inland Empire for the past 20 years and has built a strong client portfolio for her and her business.

Kamie is currently a Business Consultant/Advisor/Resource through her own business, The KJD Group. The KJD Group is considered to be an extension of your business, which focuses on helping small to medium size businesses with implementing processes to ensure they have the resources necessary for longevity and sustainability. Through her partnerships she has secures roles such as Human Resource Support for Express Electrical Services, Director of Membership and Marketing for the Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce, an Executive Administrator for the JW Vines Society and Foundation and a Facilitating Mentor for Young Women’s Empowerment, just to name a few.

Prior to her current endeavors, she worked for Sprint and T-Mobile for over 15 years, in various roles with her latter roles as a Business Development Manager. Her roles with those companies included: Retail Management, Account Management, Sales, Dedicated Customer Service, Project Implementation Manager, Marketing, and Cash Management and Audits.

Kamie, is an Alumni of the University of Redlands (U of R), where she received her B.S. in Business, is currently a member of the Whitehead Leadership Society at U of R. Kamie is also an Alumni of AmeriCorps Vista, where she served as a tutor and mentor at the San Bernardino Adult Learning Center, via Youth Action Project. She is also a licensed insurance agent for the state of California and has been a peer counselor since middle school.

Kamie enjoys helping others succeed in business and in their personal lives. She has had a successful career in “Corporate America” and with the experience and skills she had acquired over the years, she extends her knowledge to those she encounters. Kamie is married and the mother of three children.
