  1. Gather the necessary documents listed below for enrollment into the City of Los Angeles BusinessSource Program or VSEDC Technical Assistance Program.
  2. Email the required documents to jcrawford@vsedc.org.

Please note that the items marked with a red asterisk (*) are required before we can assign you a business coach.

Required Documents:

  • * Current Photo I.D.
  • * Proof of Address (utility bill or piece of mail reflecting your name and address)
  • * Business Service Agreement (download here)

Additional Documents if applicable:

  • Business website link (if applicable)
  • Business Tax
  • Registration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Any additional business evidence (e.g., Business Bank Account, DBA,
  • Seller’s Permit, EIN, ITIN, etc. if applicable )
