Food Service University (FSU) is an 8-week program designed for aspiring restaurant owners, food truck operators, caterers, home-based food entrepreneurs, and street vendors. The course covers business planning, legal requirements, operations, marketing, sales, financials, and funding to help participants successfully launch and grow their business.
