VSEDC provides various levels of assistance to eligible prestart-up and operating businesses located and/or business owners residing in the City of Los Angeles.
VSEDC is offering to assist you in achieving your objectives for your business which includes direct services and resources by VSEDC that you can use at any time.
If you resided in the county of Los Angels, but outside the city of LA, VSEDC is providing a membership to receive core business training with additional workshops with a value of over $3,500 for only $50 a year.
VSEDC only asks you to commit the time and effort necessary to achieve your objectives until you are successfully creating new or retaining existing jobs and at least 51% of the jobs will be held by or made available to low and moderate income persons.

Small Businesses have 6 to 500 employees with annual gross sales not exceeding $7.5 million.
MicroEnterprises have 5 or less (W-2) employees including the owner.
