VSEDC provides various levels of assistance to eligible prestart-up and operating businesses and/or business owners. This assistance is provided at no charge to residents of the city of Los Angeles and businesses operating within the city.

VSEDC is offering to assist you in achieving your objectives for your business which includes direct services and resources by VSEDC that you can use at any time.

VSEDC only asks you to commit the time and effort necessary to achieve your objectives until you are successfully creating new or retaining existing jobs and at least 51% of the jobs will be held by or made available to low and moderate income persons.
